Cancellation Policy

Policies: - Rescheduling: Please let Denise know within AT LEAST 48 hours of the appointment's start time if you need to reschedule. If you fail to do so, you will lose your deposit/design fee and you will have to pay another design fee/deposit to book another appointment. If you do this 3 times, you will not be able to book with Denise again and you will lose your deposit each time. If you reschedule more than 3 times, even outside of the 48 hour window, you may not be able to book with Denise again and may lose your original deposit. - Cancellation: As explained before paying your deposit, the deposits/design fees are non refundable and non-transferrable to another person. - No call/no show: If you do not let Denise know that you will not be attending your appointment, you will not be able book with Denise again and you will lose your deposit/design fee.
